TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  1. The Registration fees including stamp duty and allied expenses will be borne by the client.

  2. All payment must be made by Cash / DD in favor of BHOOMI NIWAS (I) PVT. LTD., payable at BALASORE.

  3. Only local cheques are acceptable and subject to realization.

  4. The Company reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any application or commitment whatsoever without assigning any reason.

  5. To maintain uniformity in looks, client should adhere to the construction plan, Color & Design of the boundary advised by the land seller.

  6. The Company will not be responsible for any loss caused by  any act of nature or act of the State & Center.

  7. The other terms if any shall be as per agreement.

  8. In case of any cancellation Rs. 3000/- of the deposit amount will be deducted from the paid up amount towards the processing charge. The refund amount will be paid through A/c payee cheque after 15 days from the date of refund application.
